  • Connection error please check your internet connection and try again. Failed to connect <SH IP-TitbitAPI>
    This error shows when the XPR Service Host machine is down or not on the network.

    Solution: Service Host machine and ensure it's turned on and on the same network. The Service Host must always have a static IP, of the IP of this machine has changed please reach out to XPR Support

  • Exception in Micros Simphony2. Sorry, cannot process this order. Error calculating check totals on POS(Connection timed out: connect). Please submit your order at the cashier station. 
    This error shows when the Simphony POS is down or not on network.

    Solution: Check Simphony server on the local network

  • Sorry, cannot process this order. Check totals do not match with POS. Please submit your orders at the cashier station. This error shows when the menu item price is different between XPR POS and Simphony2

    Solution: Go to Menu Management → Menu items—Price and verify price and match with Simphony.

  • Sorry, cannot process this order. Check POS id not match with POS. Please submit your orders at the cashier station. 
    This error shows when the menu item POS ID is different between XPR POS and Simphony

    Solution: Go to Menu Management → Menu items Miscellaneous POS ID and verify Menu Item ID and match with Symphony.

  • Could not connect to the server on Kiosk screen.

    Solution: Login to Service Host - services and check if Apache Tomcat 8.5 service is running.
