Store Manager Functionalities

To manage store functions such as Kiosk enable/disable, void orders and manage menus the user can do this from the Kiosk. Follow the steps below to log in to access manager functions.

1. Tap twice on the top right corner of the Start Screen

2. Enter PIN '123456'

3. After entering PIN, it will ask you to 'Switch to POS' mode. Click on that option.

4. Now enter the user password to enter the Mobile POS App, only manager and admin should have access to this app. Once the correct PIN is entered it opens Mobile POS App.

5. To access the manager function, tap on the right corner (3 rows) and it will open the manager function.

6. Now, if you wish to ENABLE / DISABLE a Kiosk then you have to choose 'Manage Devices' option from the manager function

7. From the list of Kiosk devices mark the device Enable/Disable for the particular Kiosk

8. After choosing the respective option, click on 'Sync' to save the settings

9. To manage menu, tap on the right corner (3 rows) and select 'Manage Menu' from the manager function options

10. The kiosk menu is displayed with categories; select the item that needs to be marked as Unavailable. The kiosk app will show the items with the 'Out of Stock' tag

11. To void any order, tap on the right corner (3 rows) and select 'Order History' from the manager function options

12. All the orders placed for the day show in order history. The user can select the order to void or reprint.

13. After selecting the respective order, the user can tap on 'Void' to void the order. Voiding the order will refund the order amount on the guest card. The order will be voided in XPR CMS and then the manager has to void the order in Simphony to match the sales reporting

15. Manager can add a comment after voiding the order for reference.

16. The manager can also re-print the receipt and email the order to guest (if required)

17. If you are done using Kiosk for Manager functionalities and would like to switch it back to Kiosk Mode. First you have to log out of Manager App

18. You will be taken back to manager pin screen. You have to double tap on top right corner "on XPR logo"

19. Enter pin '123456'

20. It will ask you to switch it back to Kiosk Mode. Select that option
