Update and Sync Price on Kiosk

When there is a change in menu prices, managers can update item prices in Simphony. XPR CMS has a feature to fetch these new prices and apply them to the kiosk or mobile ordering system. This document outlines the steps to fetch new prices from Simphony


1. Open XPR CMS URL: https://cms.titbit.io



2. Enter the Subscription Code, Username and Password


3. Select the Revenue Center from the menu panel on the left



4. From the Menu Panel, select 'Menu Management'



5. Pull the latest menu from Simphony using the 'Fetch POS Menu' option



6. Click on 'Fetch POS Menu' button to fetch menu from Simphony



7. Confirmation text will pop up - 'Successfully fetched the menu'



8. Under the Menu Management option, select 'Sync POS Price' option



9. The table shows current CMS Item Price and POS Item Price. Select the items for which price needs to be updated. There is also an option to select all items.



10. After selection of items, Click on the 'Update Price' button



11. Click 'Yes' to confirm the action for Updating Prices



12. After the Prices have been updated for the required items, Click on 'Sync' button below the menu panel



13. To send the changes to devices, Click on 'Sync' button



14. Track the Sync progress from Sent to Synced
