Store Manager Functions (v140)
- Tap on the Kiosk Home Screen
- Choose 'Order Type'
- Tap twice on the top left corner on the banner
- Store Manager should enter the PIN
- Click on 'Switch to POS Mode' to manage the Kiosk
- Now enter the PIN and click on 'Login' to enter the Manager App. Only managers and admin should have access to this app.
- To void any order, tap on the right corner (3 rows) and select 'Order History'. All the orders placed for the particular day will be shown in order history. Manager can select the order to void or reprint.
- After selecting the respective order, Manager can tap on 'Void' button to void the order. Voiding the order will refund the order amount on the guest card. The order will be voided in XPR CMS but the manager has to void the order in Simphony as well to match the reports.
- Now, if you want to ENABLE / DISABLE a Kiosk then you have to click on 'Manage Devices'
- From the list of Kiosks, the manager can mark the device Enable/Disable
- After making necessary changes, click on 'Sync All' to save the updates
- To manage menu select 'Manage Menu' the options
- Entire Menu will be visible on the screen and the manager can select the item that has to be marked Available/Unavailable. When an item is marked Unavailable the kiosk app will show the items with 'Out of Stock'
- After making the changes, click on 'Sync' to save the updates
- Once the changes are completed, the manager has to 'Log Out' from the Managers App and switch back to Kiosk
- After clicking on 'Logout' button you will be taken back to Login page and then you have to double-click on XPR logo to switch back to Kiosk Mode. You'll be asked to enter the PIN again
- Click on 'Switch to Kiosk Mode'
